Originally was great. But with any issues with insurance they totally ghost you.
I’m writing this not as a patient but was a new potential patient. My daughter’s primary Dr recommend him so I trust her opinion when it comes to my special needs daughter. They called me last year to make an appointment and we were dealing with open heart surgery with my daughter at Shands around the time they tried calling to set her appointment up. My child has been going to Dr. Nguyen for over six months now and I highly recommend him to anyone I talk to that is looking for a pediatric endocrinologist. Dr. Nguyen is caring, child focused, and knowledgeable. He is very thorough with information and answering questions.
