Doctors and nurses are good and friendly, especially the nurses with their patience when demonstrating me using contact lenses as my first time. My terrible experience here is something to deal with the front office staffs. I cannot describe how rude they are, both in person and over the phone call.
Not good. I requested my contact prescription on a Tuesday. They couldn't guarantee I would have it that day. I was picking it up. I advised them it was essential that I have it, plus they were closed on Wednesday. I picked up the prescription from Thames on Tuesday afternoon. Great, I thought. I looked at it, no signature and the prescription was in the "notes" section. Not even in the area where it should be written. I questioned why NO signature? Alan did a wonderful job with my husband’s bifocal safety glasses.. lines were perfect; he and Sara are personality plus as is the entire staff at TEG! Highly recommend.
I had a positive experience with this practice. I didn’t have to wait long until I saw the tech, who took preliminary information before I saw the eye doctor. Dr. Liebscher was very pleasant and informative. She took her time, answered my questions, and I did not ever feel rushed.
Great care and short wait times. Dr. Liebscher is the best!
