My parents both think this place is amazing.i was born there
I had a great experience with the lovely staff, they guided me well through the basics of baby care and it was one of the best experiences I believe I could have for both me and baby. The experience of welcoming our baby was made so much positive and calmer by each member of the staff. Their positive attitude and energy made a huge difference to the emotionally and physically challenging time.
Really good setup in here, we had a really great midwife and the whole process went well. Thames is lucky to have something like this.
Went into this birthing unit years ago when I was 39 weeks pregnant with worries about my baby. The midwife was absolutely rude & cold hearted. Refusing to see me because I had a midwife out of the area & needed to go there apparently. My son ended up being still born, I said I’d never ever step foot in that place again!! Fast forward a few years. Again having issues with my pregnancy went into this birthing unit twice asking for help. Again greeted by nothing but a cold & heartless midwife.
