I arranged to see an apartment with Thamar and she was late, didn’t have the correct keys to enter the unit, total waste of time. The following day I was able to adjust my schedule and view the unit and applied for a lease that day. She failed to inform me that multiple people were applying to the same unit at that time. It was easy to complete the interest form and initiate contact with Thamar. However, she ghosted us when it came time to actually tour. She reassured us at first that come a certain weekend she would send properties and we would tour. Then as the weekend approached I had to request she send properties multiple times. Once she did send 3, she stopped responding and never set up our tours. We had relied on her services since she took us on but then had to scramble on our own to find somewhere to live last minute.
