I got one piece of paper that needs to be signed and they gave me a 30 day wait. I have never seen my doctor but her daughter is grandmothered into the practice. How does that happen? The mother getting a check off my name but I’ve never seen her! Got blood work done and all of it checked out great! She tells me she wants me to go to her colleague and get checked as well. Waiting time is terrible my appointment is 10am I leave at 1:30 not good at all
My Church Sister/friend had an appt. at 11:00am. We arrived @11:15 & waited for 3 he's. 45 min to be seen by a Dr. Add to that, the restroom is atrocious! No tp & when I informed the receptionist, she said she'd let maintenance know. The walls in the restroom are dirty & have been for awhile. It looks like a porta-potty. Clean up your act & treat your patients with respect. Enough said!
Every time I visit this office I wait no less than 2 hours to even get called back. Today I was scheduled at 11am.. And at 2pm I was still waiting.... Oh but not just waiting.... Sitting in a room full of sick, loud, coughing, touchy, patients with no regard for others as well.. I was not informed that the staff had taken lunch and spent my morning sitting around. I have been a patient here for two years and have never even met my doctor. She gets my insurance payments... And I don't even get seen. Today I walked out. The un... read more
