Excellent work. Justin is knowledgeable and always helpful. Will always come back. Edit 6/6/2025: As promised I cam back to Justin after I had made some changes to my car and he was just as excellent as before. Outstanding service and always friendly.
This was my first time in at Thalmann and I have to say it was a great experience. Justin not only explained everything that he and the team would do to investigate my Tiguan's handling (turned out to be an alignment issue after a dealer tire rotation) but also common issues with the vehicle (not many, actually). The price was extremely reasonable and the whole team was very helpful. Additionally, the shop is spotless, always a good sign. We will be back, but hopefully not too soon :)
I brought my car to Thalmann Alignment expecting a professional alignment, but instead got excuses and zero results. After leaving the car, the owner later told me he couldn’t do the alignment because I had aftermarket arms on the front and rear. He said I needed to take everything off and “get it close” myself before bringing it back — which defeats the purpose of going to an alignment shop in the first place. Justin is the guy for your alignment needs. Very professional polite and explain things and really shows he enjoys his job/career. I’ve brought several cars here including my cobra which only a few people will touch. Great job Justin keep up the good work and attitude man
Justin @ Thalmann Alignment is the man! Extremely experienced and enjoys what he does. Quality alignments with very reasonable pricing, plus you get information about your calibration afterwards in a report. Highly recommend this place for any of your alignment needs.
