My car was leaning to one side even at slow speeds after hitting some big potholes. They did an alignment and gave me advice about rotating my tires. Now my car drives straight, even on the highway. 👍
I decided to give this low rating because I ordered an alignment and inspection, but only the alignment was performed—and it was not done correctly. The way it was done, I could have done it myself for free. I called the shop five minutes after leaving because I noticed my steering wheel was not straight; it was about 5 degrees to the right. I used to have great experiences at this shop with the previous owner Todd Thalmann. The current owner Justin is a fast talker with a disrespectful attitude. Sad to lose a good shop.
Update: Just recently had my F250 brought back to life completely. If you have a lifted truck with oversized tires, Justin is your guy. Not only did he perform an alignment, he corrected, repaired, and replaced many parts/modifications done by the previous owner.
