Wheel alignment @ this shop is very good, in business for a long time. Be aware that if you pay with a credit card, they will add a surcharge processing fee. Understand a small business, but I would have preferred to know this before they processed my credit card. I would have paid in cash. Disappointed to pay a credit card fee. Reasonably priced, with the exception of the credit card fee. Not good.
Excellent work. Justin is knowledgeable and always helpful. Will always come back. Edit 6/6/2025: As promised I cam back to Justin after I had made some changes to my car and he was just as excellent as before. Outstanding service and always friendly.
This was my first time in at Thalmann and I have to say it was a great experience. Justin not only explained everything that he and the team would do to investigate my Tiguan's handling (turned out to be an alignment issue after a dealer tire rotation) but also common issues with the vehicle (not many, actually). The price was extremely reasonable and the whole team was very helpful. Additionally, the shop is spotless, always a good sign. We will be back, but hopefully not too soon :)
