It was awesome work with Thalia! As a first home buyers we were full of concerns and scared of not choosing the right house or finding a great deal. Thalia and her team absolutely exceeded our expectations! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and she walked us through the process so gracefully. She was extremely easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable about the market and the home buying process. Thalia & the Guderyon team always made us feel like their #1 priority. She was always willing to join us for meetings or walkthroughs with our builder. Building a house and the new-construction process was a first for us, but the Guderyon team was there to help us the entire way, making us feel confident and secure in our decision making. “We restored/remodeled our home after the flood. Thalia was extremely helpful in providing design direction with resale in mind. A number of the contractors she recommended were good and reliable. She personally spent a great deal of time helping us through many difficult decisions, working with contractors and educating us on the reconstruction business.
