Christy was Awesome! It had been over 15yrs since I had my hair professionally done. She took the time to consult with me give me advice as to what was possible and she took her time and got me to the color I wanted! She has a new forever client!!
I called for an appointment with one of the stylists who i had seen for over 2.5years, I could not schedule the appointment on her scheduling sight. The girl answering said that she still works there but she didn’t know if she was taking appointments or not??? How can a stylist work there but, and the receptionist not know if she can book appointments??? Got the stylists number from instagram and she fails to return texts. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Amy, Nikki and the whole team! Every single lovely lady in this salon is so kind and welcoming. Not only that, every woman who walks out of this salon looks AMAZING! I just had my hair cut by Nikki and as someone with 15 years experience behind a chair personally, I will say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I think we spoke maybe five words to each other the entire time, outside of what it is that I want done with my haircut, due to her lack of engagement. She cut my hair off of the middle part when I actually wear a side part, therefore the front of my hair, the ‘bang’ section is longer, then shorter, then long again.
