Did NOT give me what i asked for. failed to let me know throughout the appointment that she wasn’t gonna be going as full as i asked for, i paid the full amount as well, and i cannot stand how they look. i will NOT be returning. for your sake, keep communication OPEN. so you can avoid unhappy clients.

First time being here & I absolutely loved this place! I highly recommend Jen for lashes! She's super sweet! She takes her time on your lashes! I love how well of a job she done & I was very happy with them! If you're looking for a lash artist in the BLA I recommend Jen!
I have worked with both Jen and Jamie at Thairapy and I can say they are both extremely talented at their jobs and have wonderful personalities. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with cheer and feel like family.
