Customer service at this location was the worst I’ve experienced. I called to place a food order while I was still inside a grocery store. The worker told me I had to pay over the phone before she could take my order. I told her to wait until I got outside so I could safely give her my card number. This place is one of my absolute favorite Thai restaurants and we frequent here often! Food is delicious. I’m just really disheartened by what I found tonight. Usually this soup is to the top or at least within a finger width from the top. I opened my $16 soup to find it far from the full portion. 💔 I share it with my daughters so there wasn’t enough for the 3 of us to be full like usual.
Not impress with the food. The kaopoon noodles soup was water down, tasteless, and the bamboo shoots were very soggy. It was a disappointed try.
