My favorite Thai restaurant in Chicagoland bar none.
Thai Thanee has the best Thai food ever! The rice is phenomanel. I have been to Thailand and this is the real deal. The service was exceptional and the owners were so kind and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Every time I go here I'm reminded how much better it is than every other Thai restaurant within miles of it. You'd never know by the humble strip mall location away from most of the business on Barrington, or the generally empty and unimpressive dining room, but nowhere around here compares when it comes to the food. I happily drive 15 minutes out of my way to eat here instead of many of the perfectly decent restaurants near my house.
