“$15 stolen from me — and I have the receipt to prove it.” I paid $62.28 — my half of a $123 bill — and wrote in $0 gratuity. My signed receipt shows clearly: tip = zero, total = $62.28. And yet, Thai Terrace had the audacity to charge me an extra $15 after the fact. No consent. No signature. No explanation. Just a shady “final receipt” they printed after I left — with a fake total I never agreed to.
