Unusual but highly effective if you are used to traditional massage. I get relaxation then assisted stretching and pop everything you can in my body. I love when they walk on the back of my legs. I strongly recommend.
I've been coming to Thai Technique for a while. The ladies are always nice and dedicated to making you feel better. I came in today with a pinched nerve in my back and couldn't get comfortable without the pain. My therapist today was Tisha. She used a variety of stretching and deep pressure massage on my lower to mid back and was able to get me aligned back to normal and eliminated the pain.
