I’m 8 weeks post op from a total knee replacement and experiencing hip tension in addition to swelling and incisional pain. I got a 90 minute stretching massage that relieved my discomfort better than pain meds! Panita is amazing at accessing what is needed and executing seamlessly! Check it out before you can’t get in.
