This place practices very unprofessionally. I made an 11 am appointment the day before. The morning of the massage I received a text at 9:30am saying they wanted to confirm my appointment. NO WHERE IN THE TEXT DOES IT GIVE AN OPTION TO CONFIRM. I then called at 10:30am just for them to say my appointment was cancelled.
