Located at Russian Hill, the restaurant has a refreshing and clean ambiance with minimal decor, which makes it very inviting. Try their green mango salad, basil duck, pineapple fried rice, lemon grass chicken, Thai Spice prawns, fried rice with crisp tofu and sweet chili seafood dish. The Service is warm and friendly.

Cold delivery – While I do like the food at Thai Spice, the last few times I have ordered delivery it has taken over an hour for them to deliver. And the last time I ordered they delivered me food that was completely cold. When I called to let them know they seemed not to really care and did not offer to rectify the situtaion in any way. Disappointing because this was once my favorite thai delivery restaurant.
great place – good ambiance and friendly service. I'm a vegetarian, didn't know that they have great vegetarian dish. I had spinach rolls for appetizer, the sauce was very good, and sauteed basil tofu with rice. I would recommend this place.
unexpected – It was our first time. Nice decorations on the wall. We had green mango salad in medium spicy, tasted very yummy. As for the soup, we ordered chicken coconut soup. The soup tasted excellent but it would had been better if we requested for medium spicy because it turned out to be too mild for us. For entree, we had sweet chili seafood. Hits and misses – I like their pumpkin curry when it is good, but often times, they serve it row. I mean the potatoes and pumpkins are row in the curries, and when it is row, the curry is like water thin. That I cannot take And not to mention they do not come with rice when you order deliveries. They just give you the curry and that is it! It is OK, when you eat in because you can complain, but do not order delivery from them (the phone lady is rude too and she is picky about cupons too).
BAd Service – BAD SERVICE, STAFF WAS SO RUDE, I ORDERED OUT AND THE DELIVERY LADY NEVER BORTHERED SAYING THANK YOU EVEN AFTER TIPPING HER....THEY MESSED UP ON MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 2 HOURS UNTIL THEY CAN DELIVER MY ORDER AND HALF HOUR LATER, THEY LEFT THE REST OF MY ORDER AT MY HOTEL LOBBY! AFTER COMPLAING, THE OWNER or staff lady who refused to tell me her name cussed my out! I will never order from them.
Best Phad Thai in town! – Very clean, great ambiance, with exceptional Phad Thai. Their Red Curry ROCKS! And, their BBQ steak is noticeably tender and marinated to perfection. Friendly and gracious service. I highly recommend it!
Super spicy thai food! I absolutely love thai food and this place has some tasty thai dishes that have some ooomph (is that a word?) in it! Some of their specials are shrimp pad thai and stuffed angel chicken wings. Their spicy minced pork with sweet basil sauce is worth at least a try. I love all the herbs they use i.e basil, bean sprouts, jalepenos, mint leaves and their prices are pretty good, too! superb – i love their peanut sauce dish and their curries...especially the green curry...a bit spicy... but they were awesome...this place is very romantic!!
