We were excited and anticipating going to pop up brunch today for Pho LaLa, And in a previous message that you sent to us for Pop up brunch you said nothing about reservations. we show up and they say they don’t have enough food and we were supposed have reservations. But every time you try to call the store even in the evening when they’re open all you get is a fax machine or nobody answers. I get takeout from here about once a week great food
Service tonight was TERRIBLE. Impossibly slow service, none of our food came out on time, and somehow they ran out of rice. Otherwise, food was delicious but not enough to overcome the terrible service. We won’t be back.
