VERY shocked and disappointed with the rude service we received in the lounge about 2 weeks ago. We also witnessed the owners wife behind the bar taking shots and drinking wine with friends of hers sitting at the bar, rather than asking the tables how they are doing. VERY unprofessional. The food took forever for 2 people which was unacceptable and not the norm.
