Poor schedule management and lack of communication. No response, no call back.
Scheduled weeks in advance, however, my appointment was scheduled over. I only found out because I texted to confirm my appointment again before heading over.
Hot rocks, hot towels, trigger point, stretching, I loved my massage! Will be returning so grateful to find an excellent massage therapist.
Paula helped me with my neck pain. My neck was out and very sore I could barely move it, she made it so I was mobile again and could comfortably do my job again. 5/5 would recommend to anyone with any type of pain. She considers your pain, and works with you, very gentle also. She’ll make you feel back to normal, and even better than you were before. All over a great person.
