I came in here a while back asking for a massage for pain. Perhaps shoulder or lower back. I was effectively told that this wasn't the right place for that. Wait... Isn't this a Thai massage shop? It was obvious this is a place for sexual services. I do find it frustrating that this place has big bold signs on Maitland Rd advertising Thai massage at various prices and times. But then turned away a customer with actual muscle pain. I think more reviews need to be posted to warn people that shops like these are misleading.
I booked a deep tissue massage expecting a normal massage clinic experience, but when I arrived it became obvious this business operates more like an adult service venue than a traditional massage spa. On arrival I was greeted by hello Kitty in fishnet stockings. I was genuinely shocked and uncomfortable. My main issue is the lack of transparency during booking. If the business offers adult-oriented services, that should be clearly disclosed so customers know what they are walking into.
