So so so amazing!!! I did the 90 minute herbal compress massage and honestly this might’ve been the most relaxing and healing massage experience I’ve had in my life (and I do a lot of massages because I run long distance races). I would highly recommend it for anyone who’s working with knots, tight muscles, or just want to have a soothing time!
I said deep tissue and this guy hit it out of the park. Very expensive but sooo worth it. It hurt sooooo bad in the best way possible. I think about it all the time.

this is the reset my body needed. It felt like a combination of therapeutic massage, physical therapy and a wonderful nap. Highly recommend Thai Lanna’s incredible services.
I found this place on ClassPass and had the best session with Olly! I told her I wanted to focus on neck / upper back and she took the time to massage the area with a balm that smelled and felt so amazing! Can't wait to go back soon
