Give me a cup or eye contact!! The TV will wait! – I went to catch a movie and had a wait time. Entered the bar in Thai Ginger where I waited and waited for the large bearded bartender to make even a hint at effort to observe his sourroundings. No such luck I timed the wait and it was over five minutes while he continued to gauk at the purpose of his employment which would be the tv in his bar. Finally noticed the bartender came over and asked if I wanted a drink while picking at his beard profusely. I watched him scratch aw... read more

This was a HORRID experience – If you are thinking of visiting this place, you better think again. The restaurant has no idea of customer service and if you go on a Monday night, I hope you are a football player because that is all the bartender and servers seemed to care about....WATCHING THE FOOTBALL GAME and forgetting their clients. First of all, I wanted to sit in the dining room and the host seated me in the bar. Does she know the difference? Second, the bartender took 15 minutes to greet our table, dropped our waters ... read more

Unworthy meal – Bad service. Foods were so pricy and was just so-so. Paid $12.00 for a deep fried fish which is 7 inches long including head and tail with mostly cheap vegetables - mushroom and green peppers. Fish was tough. Asked for a knife and it never came. They didn't even care if you liked it or not. Go anywhere else in the Pacific Place area for the best of your money! Unhappy meal

Editorial Review – Upscale Thai restaurant in Pacific Place offers standards like noodles and swimming rama along with unusual dishes like salmon curry.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! – Terrible service. The 8 PM reservation didn't mean anything to them. We were finally seated at 8:35. We asked if we could go to the bar and wait and the hostess said NO! I guess they didn?t want to make some $$ off of our party of 10 at the bar. Speaking of bar, the specialty drinks were good but there was only one bartender. The poor guy could have used some help. Anyway, our server was rude, had an attitude like we were putting him out, and the service was so slow. When the server finally gave us the ... read more

We Liked it! – The food is Excellent! We enjoyed every bite. As for the service it was a bit slow. The prices are a little expensive. Were not big eaters, but I suggest 3 dishes. I wish they would serve 1/2 orders on some dishes.

I had some bad experiences and no appologies! – I love there food, it is a shame they have gotten so big, that they don't care about the ones who supported them. I complained only once to the manager, gave him my business card asked for a call back. Nothing! I was ignored by the bartender and when I ordered my app, it came out undercooked (chicken skewers), he never asked for my main course order; he knew I was going to reorder, I told him so. I showed him my chicken, he never said a thing! Or better yet, an appology! I feel... read more

Nice Atmosphere – I'm a big fan of Thai Ginger, but it depends on where you go. For instance the Thai Ginger in Factoria has much better food than the other ones, including Pacific Place. The food was fine at the mall but the real winner here is the fabulous decoration and the lighting. It's just beatiful. However, it gets so crowded there on the weekends that you can't really enjoy the experience. Id recommend going on a quiet weeknight. In any event, it's nice to have an asian option in the shopping district that isn't com... read more
