Placed an order online. They took 10mins to accept my order, take out my funds only to later tell me my order wasn't accepted by the restaurant when I was already parked at the restaurant. This is not the first time I have issues with this place. I was trying to give them a 2nd chance but never again.
The people that works here are extremely rude. I've been going to the restaurant since 2018. When I called to place my order a man answered, his was rude, cutting me off, put me on hold and was rushing me, so I hung up & called back to ask for a supervisor a lady got on the phone and took my order... **Amazing Service & Incredible Food** I originally placed an online order, but unfortunately there was a 30-minute discrepancy between the online closing time and the restaurant’s actual closing time, so I wasn’t able to pick up my order. When I called, they were incredibly kind and offered to remake my order that same day. I wouldn’t recommend coming here anymore. I used to come here all the time and the service was always so great but now it’s like they don’t even care or they just pick and choose. I went here earlier today and they didn’t even take our order until like 10-15 mins later. Servers didn’t even bother looking around and overall their awareness wasn’t the best. Good food, super frienly and very affordable. I have been coming here for almost 30 years. I will never change them. Best thai food in Las Vegas.
