Just moved here from California and we had a favorite Thai place there. This place ranks right up there with Golden Bamboo in California City, California, and that's really saying something. Nice people, offbeat atmosphere, and great food. We're very happy we found this place.
The best Thai food EVER!!!! This is the best Thai food I have ever had and I have eaten Thai in almost every major city in the US. The Crab Lagoon appetizer and Tom Yum soup are to die for. So if you don't care how the place looks (bare but clean) and are just looking for the most amazing Thai food you could ever eat, this is the place.
OMG!!! We couldn't BELIEVE the ridiculous prices at this place. It's not that the food wasn't passable or whatever, although it wasn't anything great. We were served micro-sized portions and actually LEFT HUNGRY!! We both went home and had to make something and we are not big people and do not eat like pigs! Obviously, the other review was written by someone they personally know. Also, the tables in there are WAAAYY too close and uncomfortable and it is just not a nice feeling being in there. Good Thai The Thai Carrot is a wonderful little Thai restaurant. They have a remarkable selection of food all cooked fresh to order. I really like the Thai ice tea and the fresh salad rolls.
