Located in shopping plaza right across street from Pearlridge shopping center, Thai Bistro Suksabay is a Thai restaurant tucked away towards the back of the plaza! I ordered from Uber Eats the Pad Thai and the Red Curry. I have strong opinions, strong enough I have found myself compelled to write a review. Okay so level with me, did y'all use water from a pothole puddle for the Curry? The Pad Thai lacks flavor but I could easily fix it with my own cilantro and some lime I had on hand (only now realizing how shocked I am it didn't come with any). The Red Curry on the other hand? Hands down, the best Thai & Vietnamese food around. No fluff, just soulful stuff to eat. Folks are welcoming and accommodating. Not only do they make a superb meal, conversation is warm and down-to-earth with folks. Thank you for a peaceful experience. If in need of accessibility, the dining space is easy to maneuver, but do call ahead so the team can best support you. Hands down the best Thai food on O’ahu. Everything on the menu is flavorful, consistent, and never disappoints. I usually go for the Thai sausage, pumpkin curry, and tom kha, but having tried most of the menu, you really can’t go wrong. 10/10 highly recommend.
