This place is clean and very yummy. The service was excellent.
Food was just ok. Not what I was expecting because I heard good things about it. Plus I got charged an extra 18% for gratuity and then they asked for an additional tip. Really. Not sure how that is even legal. You didn’t serve me. I came in and picked up my food. Probably won’t be going back.
My parents have visited Big Thai since they opened in down town. They order regularly, once a week or so. We ordered food last night and it was just not up to par. To explain, they live 20 minutes from Big Thai and our order was at our house in 27 minutes. Clearly time was not spent preparing like it normally is. I went last night and had amazing Pad Thai. This is the place to go for authentic Thai food.
Big Thai has the best sweet and sour that I've ever had! Tempura battered and stir fried remained crispy through the last bite.
