The food for us was a little bit salty; however, this is one of few Chinese restaurant that provide authentic theme with lots of re-created furniture!

Love the carvings, the cool seats inside of Asian bed sets, and there's even a loft! Oh, yes, the food is gorgeously prepared and tastes better than it looks. The wait staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Love me some Basil!
Customer Service 101: When you have an unhappy customer don't defend and justify. Apologize and fix it. Thai Basil just lost an 11 year loyal customer over a $13.68 entree. Not because someone screwed up, but because of the way they handled it. #sorrygoesalongway
I had an awful meal there. I am vegan and my server was clueless about what is in their food. Due to food allergies, servers should know if there is fish, eggs, and dairy in certain sauces. I will never eat here again.
