We ordered crab rangoon & chicken w/satay. The Rangoon was excellent. The chicken was bland but the sauces were good. The Chicken coconut milk soup was also good. My husband had tofu Pad Thai & I thought it was average but he did get a 1 spice level. It may have more flavor if you increased the level. It was also pretty dry for pad Thai. I decided on sushi. The food wasn't good at all. Our rice had NO flavor and when we called to inform them of our issue they were not friendly. The lady who answered the phone told us we can't get a refund and the manager wasn't much better. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!

I normally love this restaurant, but the food today was extremely bland...salt and pepper couldn't even save the food. The Manager was some what reasonable, and gave me a credit...but I'm not so sure I'll be back for a while. Maybe Thai 9 is losing the luster they had from when they first opened...so disappointing!

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Ohio. I drive 2.5 hours for the great food and service!
