The food was good, but it looks like there is a family living in the restaurant now. The back area is closed off and full of boxes and a table of toys and by the bathroom there was a playpen and a family with their children. Overall, it wasn't a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy my lunch

Wow! My favorite dish is their phad thai out of all the other Thai restaraunt on the ave, theirs is my fave! I ordered tonight their phad thai & fresh rolls via UberEats, but there was hair in my fresh rolls. That's okay, it happens but I called them just to let them know about this health hazard and the manager was very understanding and offered me a full refund or a re-order! I didn't want to make it a big deal but Thai65 handled the situation professionally & quickly. That my friend, was fantastic customer service to me.
Love the curry fried rice with fresh tofu here. Inexpensive and delicious.
I'd never been there before and stopped in for a quick to-go lunch. I have onion allergies and made sure to have it noted, however the food was still made with onions. I called to let them know and the gentleman was very nice and accommodating, even offered to have a replacement meal delivered to my workplace. I ended up having them credit back the meal due to time constraints but the customer service was great and I would not hesitate to eat there in the future!
I ordered rama noodles and what i got was just a blob of peanut butter sauce with soggy noodles. Service wasn't great as I didn't even get silverwear, napkin and water. Inside is gloomy.... Thai 65 used to be much better than this. I would stick to thai Tom or Little Tgai
