I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, a recent patient at this clinic. I am frankly appalled at what she told me about the treatment she received here. The office manager was extremely rude to her. Firstly, she gave my mother, a senior citizen, a very hard time about her health coverage. Even though she has Aetna, the manager was obsessed with the fact she also has Medicare A. Medicare A covers hospitalizations, not a doctors visit. This is the 1st eye Dr that has been able to really help my husband with his severe dry eye. He's been dealing with it for years and has finally found a Dr that is doing procedures rather than just keep changing eye drops.
DellaPorta Eyecare provides fantastic eyecare. From all the staff to Dr. Maria DellaPorta, it is a wonderful experience.. Very professional in a relaxed atmosphere. I recommend this office highly.
