Very Frustrated!! Had to cancel an appointment due to an illness and was informed first available appointments are 8+weeks out. This puts my child in braces for extra time… this was blamed on staffing shortages.. If you don’t have the staff you need don’t take on new clients. 8 weeks out as the earliest available for a braces adjustment is not acceptable!!!
I don't write reviews often. I have 3 boys. My oldest already had 1 set of braces and I was told he's going to need oral surgery to have 2 adult teeth pulled in as they were not dropping, then 2 more sets of braces. Our middle boy was going to need 6 baby teeth pulled. I called to ask why we're having so many procedures done which are not natural - I'm being advised by others in the industry that pulling baby teeth should not be a common thing.
