2 years ago, he put a white exhaust pipe on the front of my (dark brown) roof. Then when I asked him to move, he did so, but sloppy. So when the weather got extremely cold, there was dirt in the exhaust pipe and it froze, which shut down the furnace. And he didn't insulate it. Then he was rude when I had him come out to FIX his job. Which he "did".... but now w the extreme cold weather, we don't have heat again. What a joke of a business been out twice to fix the same problem that they cant seem to figure told me when it goes out to jiggle the wires Really! How about order a part to fix it then didn't show up twice with no call. Never again!
Geothermal unit they put in went down during the most recent 90-100° humid weather and Air conditioning wasn't available. Called them twice and was told they would return call but never did.
