Carlita is absolutely amazing! She knows the human body, every nerve, pressure point, and muscle. I have had chronic pain for years and tried it all (physical therapy, acupuncture, pain management, and just everything you could try for pain). This is the only thing that gives me true pain relief that lasts so I can function properly in life. I recommend a regimen of combination of stretch and massage. You will not be disappointed.
Tonight was my first experience getting a Thai massage! The facility was so nice, everyone was so professional and Jai did an AMAZING job! Literally, the best massage I’ve ever received! I’m super tight and it felt like a medical massage! My new go to for my massage and stretching needs :)
