I highly recommend The Jazz Effect Salon. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received. I was anxious about making a big color change but Jazz patiently answered all 101 of my questions! She is very attentive to her clients. She took time to learn what I wanted done, made recommendations about how to achieve the look and thoroughly explained the process and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. There was a lot of back and forth via text messages but bottom line my braids unraveled and bulged the next day. But what was most disappointing of all is that the owner of this salon (Jasmine Peeples) is not a woman of her word or promises when things go wrong and she will leave you hanging! Case in point, we agreed to a follow-up appointment so that she would re-braid the ends and seal them properly.
