Ridiculous! I called to schedule an appointment and the woman who answered the phone began to tell me that they didn't have any appointments not today not tomorrow or not anyday Wowww I'll gladly take my business somewhere else
the techs are so kind, professional and talented! Never left here unhappy with my nails! Techs are talented and so kind! The salon owner is the reason why this is rated so poorly. Unprofessional, talking about employees in front of customers, etc. I have seen many things at my time of being a customer at this salon, and treatment of the employees is daunting. I've been here twice. Great experience with Ana the first time and Terecita the second time. Both of them were able to relieve my ingrown toenails. They also do the callous remover with the chemical that peels the skin. I had not been able to find that service at other salons. Is they are 2 minutes away from me. I'm so happy I found them that I made another appointment before I left the shop.
