Thao and her team provide the best customer care and service! They always provide feedback on what they believe works with you whilst still putting your needs and wants first. They have a huge selection of glasses to choose from! Highly recommend to everyone and their friends!
Extremely pleased with the service provided here. Not only do they have a large variety of frames and brands, they provide one of the best lenses for optical eyewear. My family and I have been going to this family operated optometrist for years and they have always provided the best customer service. I would rate them 6/5 stars if I could.
Cheaper price dor the lens compared to other optomesltrists in strathfield. Always give us extra samples with kindness.
This was my first time here, and the service was excellent! Both Bang and Thao (Optometrist) were very attentive to each and every customer despite the store being super busy at 5 pm. They went above and beyond. 10/10. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. 😊
