I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. When I entered the store, I greeted the staff first, yet received no response at all. There was no eye contact, no acknowledgment—just continued focus on the computer as if I wasn’t there. I then spent around five minutes browsing, and during that entire time, not a single staff member approached me or offered assistance. Extremely pleased with the service provided here. Not only do they have a large variety of frames and brands, they provide one of the best lenses for optical eyewear. My family and I have been going to this family operated optometrist for years and they have always provided the best customer service. I would rate them 6/5 stars if I could.
