After receiving our free in home quote, we contracted with them to refinish our current hardwood and run new hardwood into the kitchen. We absolutely LOVE the results! TH Custom Hardwood did a great job, were very knowledgable and punctual, what they said they would do they did, very professional, i honestly cant say enough good things about them. We had really gone through several other companies and they just seemed to want to do a quick job and move on. TH Custom wanted to do what WE wanted and even custom mixed the stain to do just that.
Detailed instructions were sent on what to expect. Anytime I had questions about the process, I got a quick response. Got multiple different quotes and the prices were very competitive! 10/10 would recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with TH Custom Hardwood. It was first class all the way! I had new hardwood flooring installed in my bedrooms. This is my 3rd time using TH and they always do such a great job. Their prices are reasonable and they have quick communication and scheduling. I love the range of colors and finishing they have. Definitely recommend!
