They checked in with me soon after doing our roof (years ago). They just called me after having the roof for over 10 years to make sure all was still well. If that’s not customer service I don’t know what is.
I had a special request for just one window for a special reason. Most contractors didn't want to be bothered with just one small window, BUT TH Construction Group not only took the job on, they did it like it was also THEIR special reason. They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They really went the extra mile.
