I had a very unprofessional experience with this repair shop. We had agreed that no work would be done on my vehicle without my authorization, yet they went ahead and changed a tire and claimed to have “pulled the fender” without my consent, then charged me for it. I paid only to retrieve my vehicle, but these were unjustified charges for unauthorized work. They also failed to provide a proper invoice, which is required by law in New Jersey.
