Sat around waiting on my order while it sat around back and got cold, the people that took my order acted like I was bothering them by spending money there, they forgot one of my sides... And to top it off, not even a "thank you" or anything after they figured out my food had been sitting around for 10 min.. Wont spend another dollar there. Unacceptable.

Food great had chicken fried steak meal and fish ×2. German chocolate cupcake was awesome. Staff friendly Christian environment, restaurant nice.
We had the Ultimate Porker and it had the best pulled pork I've ever had! It is enormous though. The soup was excellent and the people were great. And the cupcakes, yummy. We will be back.

Strawberry shortcake cupcake and chicken fried steak was really good.
Was very disappointed. It took 45 minutes for me to get my food. An additional 10 minutes for my husband to get his. We ordered the fish. My fish, fries and hush puppies were cold. However the additional 10 minutes my husband waited allowed his to be warmer. The over all visit was very poor. Upon leaving they did not charge for my husbands meal and gave two coupons for free cupcake. That was a nice gesture. However, first impressions can be a deal breaker. The food was very good. I ordered the chicken fried steak. It did not come to the table with gravy,which should have been an automatic. The cupcakes were very heavy,and dry ,and obviously an box mix. Prices were pretty steep also. Don't know if I'll try it again anytime soon.

I am sorry for your below average experience today! We are training upfront and neglected to ask you for gravy. We had white and brown today and you are right at least 95% of people like gravy on their steak. As for the cupcakes that were heavy and dry I again apologize, We can get you a free one on your next visit, but I do assure you they were not made from a box mix. I had the chicken fried chicken special and it was the best I have ever eaten! Also the cookies and cream cupcake was moist and delicious as well. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful with assisting me with my Togo items as I was taking newborn to the car as well. I can't wait to go back again
Genuine cooks, management, and always genuine wait staff! I have had so many people tell me this is an excellent place to share your valuable time with family and friends. Wonderful atmosphere and great coffee! Always a sizable amount of food. You get what you pay for!
