Edlyn brown is absolutely amazing! Just got off the phone with Tanya. Lack of friendly customer service skills and TONE she took with me is unacceptable . I’m thinking she has never taught manners! She genuinely wants to do the least amount of work she can . If you look up other reviews I have given in google , you will see I have never given a bad review. They don't seem to actually exist here. I've called and called and sent messages. Had to make a virtual appointment with another provider to have my needs met. Really, really disappointed. 3 different doctor's offices/care coordinators have requested communications multiple times and been completely ignored, just like I have been. No thanks. I will be choosing a FOURTH new PCP for the last 2 months of the year. Hooray for me.

Absolutely impossible to get anybody to return a message or answer the phone. Multiple times I had to hunt down people to get my prescription refilled, which is unacceptable
Dr Donolly is great. Was with Wallace for years and glad to have Donolly take over. This office is busy, so take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. The service providers are great and the hiccups with the office are usually resolved quickly.
