Me and my wife had our new patient initial visit and we are more than satisfied Chelsea APRN Was amazing, very knowledgeable with great bedside manner. Front desk was great and MA sorry don’t recall their names

I signed up for a Medicare Advantage plan last October with Aetna Medicare, spent 45 minutes or so speaking with their enrollment representative at which time we went over the Dr. I was seeing at this location and wanted to stay with her. * This is a prime example of what's wrong with America's sick care system! * The front desk seems to have no professional training; I have never witnessed them engage a patient upon entering. Patients must seemingly engage them first. My last visit no one was at the desk for about 5 minutes; she arrived with a plate of food. * Making appointments with their representatives requires the patience of a saint & that's after navigating their AI "Amy" who speaks English, but doesn't seem to understand it & then listening to the au... read more
