Front desk staff with glasses and red hair was very rude and outright refused to help me despite me calling ahead and letting them know the mixup between my primary and their location. Her statement was its the end of the day we won't see you. It was 330pm on a friday its not like I showed up at 5 asking to be seen this is not my primary so when the appointment was scheduled I went to my primary doctor office. She need a retrain on customer service
