Scheduled a new patient appointment one week in advance via MyChart. Contacted the office Monday December 29th And spoke with receptionist who informed me they do accept my insurance. Received phone call January 2nd one hour before new patient appointment stating that my insurance is not in network (even though it is listed as being in network on my insurance website )and that this appointment will be cancelled. Then told by receptionist very curtly "I'm not sure who you spoke with"
This office saved my life! I came in with no appointment to ask a question about a discomfort and my provider didn’t hesitate to open the door and listen to me, If he didn’t do that it would have delayed finding out that I was in serious danger. I owe my life to everyone in the building
This is the very best medical office I have ever encountered! Every staff member was knowledgeable, kind, and seemed to genuinely care for each patient. The two front desk employees were so helpful. Andrea took me back to my room and did basic intake. She was great! I have a lot of medical anxiety, but she really calmed me down. Andrea was also so personal and made me feel cared for!
