My partner and I have been touring apartment complexes in the Salem, and Bell North was probably the least impressive. Has nothing to do with the apartments and amenities, it’s all administrative. Right off the bat when inquiring, communication was poor. We were originally supposed to have an agent led tour but it got cancelled due to the snow, which is totally understandable. I've been in my apartment for a few weeks but we are loving it. The space, location and the great staffing. The whole process has been great and effortless, Ashley that works in the main office is such a sweet and attentive person. She really made sure we felt welcomed and even followed up with me to remind me of certain things I needed to take care of :-) Ashley, thank you for being such a positive and helpful person! We are loving Bell North!
We just had a great time at the Halloween party that Bell North Shore Apts had for us residents this evening!!!!!! Everyone had such a fantastic time!!!! We are sooooo grateful to the wonderful management team, Desiree & Ashley who always do their best to make living here a positive experience!!!!!
The best organized party ever. Management provided lots of food, games and treats. Above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Bell North shore!!!!! Made us feel like a community! We love Desirae and Ashley!
