I’ve had a genuinely great experience with our building manager ( Brandon). They are consistently professional, responsive, and proactive, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Any issues or questions are handled quickly and thoroughly, and communication is always clear and respectful. It’s obvious they care about both the building and the residents, and that level of attention really shows. Having a manager like this brings real peace of mind—I truly appreciate all the work they do.
Brandon is the best of the best when above and beyond for us I really recommend this community, everyone there is very nice and helpful
Do you enjoy strange putrid smells that seep into your living space, plumbing issues, and extortionary rent? Come live at Bell North Shore! My wife and I lived on the 5th floor of 1 Courageous Ct for a year in a 1-bedroom unit. When we moved in, there was trash throughout the hallway and especially next to our door. We let the office know and they said the cleaners were onsite every weekday and it would be cleaned up next morning. This place is going down the hill very fast under the new management. Horrible attitude, management doesn't care about tenants or the property. Corporate really needs to pay attention!
So many great things to say but to say the least, from the beginning of the application process Desirae was absolutely amazing, so helpful and smoothly integrated everything! The apartments are beautiful, clean and spacious, couldn’t be happier to leave in a calm community!
