This place is going down the hill very fast under the new management. Horrible attitude, management doesn't care about tenants or the property. Corporate really needs to pay attention!
So many great things to say but to say the least, from the beginning of the application process Desirae was absolutely amazing, so helpful and smoothly integrated everything! The apartments are beautiful, clean and spacious, couldn’t be happier to leave in a calm community!
We moved in last fall and have a mix of experiences living here. The trees/nature is beautiful. The gym is small but pretty nice and kept clean overall. There are tenants courts that require picking up keys from the front office. Also a 3 ft deep pool which could be great if you have kids. However, the apartment was not move-in ready, with a broken dishwasher containing dirty water and food debris from previous tenants. Screenshots of the owners reply are included since they deleted it and changed their response. Edit after speaking to regional manager: There is no guaranteed parking for residents. The manager will ask the front of office workers to talk behind “closed doors” when making disparaging remarks towards tenants. To make it clear- the maintenance team is not responsible for these problems. Regional manager mentioned that one of the team members is very new and implied incompetence.
