We all love it here at TGM University! Such an awesome place to live! Friendly Staff! Erika the office crew and maintenance take pride in their jobs. Apartments are big and close to shopping and restaurants. Very convenient.
Location can't get any better, walking distance to everything, loving my huge apartment, pools are great, Erika & Maintenance are super nice!! Great Place to live!
Staff is amazing, Pet spa is super cool, & we Like the parking enforcement.
When we moved in June 2019 it was 5 stars. However the office staff changed sometime after covid and it was all downhill. The pools were dirty the hot tubs smelled so bad. The overcrowding of the pool area, especially with the grills. 3 years my apartment appliances didn't work correctly. For 1 year my washing machine didn't drain. Just was a mess. Parking was a nightmare. Had to get home before dark if you wanted a spot. And the raccoons! Huge raccoons by the dumpster night and day. And when you didn't want to approach them... read more
Absolutely horrible! I even paid double rent just to move out early I was so over it. Where do I even begin… First of all the parking is HORRIBLE, good luck finding a spot, more cars than there are spots. In addition to that the lighting isn’t all that great and there is ZERO security. Both my dad and I had our catalytic converters stolen off our cars on separate occasions in the lot, and I know for a fact we weren’t the only ones. Hot tubs are always broken, only one pool is heated occasionally, but sometimes neither of them are heated.
Hi Everyone, The property is good but filled with roaches. Even after, mostly week pest control, we used to see 2-3 roaches here and there all the time , no matter how clean you keep your apartment. The maintenance staff is quick to respond but they would lie at the end if anything is damaged because of their fault and will charge you at a latter point from your security deposit.
