got a garage as part of my lease. Garage was not ready as the date stated in my lease. TGM did not provide any refund. Garage stopped working after a few weeks and even after submitting multiple maintenance requests they have not fixed the issue. The last one I submitted was on Sunday, 9/8/2019. I checked today, 9/13/2019, and saw the order was completed. Checked my garage when I got home but it still does not work. Incompetent maintenance staff that claims to complete work that was never done.
