Rose was very patient and understanding whenever we were checking out the apartments and filling out forms, as well as very kind and funny. We will definitely be joining in community events, with how welcoming she was.
I’m currently a resident at Sedona ridge, every time I’ve required any type of assistance from management, I’ve been helped in an affective and respectful way. Audrey has helped me with multiple different situations. Every time she found a solution to my problem or answered any questions I had. These days someone who’s good at there job, kind, respectful, and motivated to help is a rarity and should be recognized.
I love the community, it is kept well and is pleasant to walk through. Management and maintenance are well-responsive, and I had especially great interactions with Rose from the front office. She is always so sweet and helpful!
Service request was promptly handled. The front office always takes care of any request we make and are always courteous. last repair by Richard and his crew was to find and fix a water leak in the wall of our apartment. They had to cut two holes, repair the leak and patch up the holes. Their work was professional and they worked around my schedule to complete it promptly. Great work
I met up with Audrey and she was so nice, she helped me get my package and gave us a nice candy too! So I give them five stars.
