I love it I am wowed by this place- been here close to 7 months and love-love-love the staff and the work out room is to die for! I have not encountered any smokers in my building so I can not comment but so far I am in love. Tarra
Not that great - Look Elsewhere Multiple complaints were made by several tenants for problems dealing with an ignorant smoking tenant and never resolved. Doors and other fixtures were not installed properly. Poorly insulated apartments. HVAC system is very inefficient and results in high heating and A/C bills. Noise levels are ok. Carpeting is some weird kind of old shag looking carpeting. Their idea of renovated units is fake granite countertops. Terrible They have cheap appliances, floors and cabinets. Also very small kitchens. The heat and air kick on very loudly and you need to turn up the tv constantly because there is minimal insulation to keep the temperature steady. Their pet friendly attitude goes right out the window if your dog barks, but are understanding when people have fire hazards and are notified about them. No sense of priority. Overpriced for what you get. Poorly made buildings. Nice staff?
