My property tour manager was Latrisha and she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and nice and welcoming . Definitely recommend . Fast on communication .
Great property they do a good job keeping it clean and getting to service issues quickly.
Management/maintenance will knock on your door and essentially ding dong ditch. I went to the office to report a man in a truck knocking, then leaving. Turns out it was maintenance , when we got home the same man in a white truck, with tools, followed us home and knocked on the door again to harass us before running off. +++ SUPER thin housing ! Do not live here if you value your peace of mind !
I can’t say enough how much I’ve enjoyed living here back in the mid 2010’s (bring back the sauna!) and again in the early 2020’s. The staff always answers the phone with kindness (a bigger plus than you’d think), maintenance requests are filled quickly, no bugs, and the surrounding community feels safe. My only complaint is that they don’t have 3+ bedroom options so i can stay longer. This living experience has been second to none.
