“I’ve had such a great experience living here! The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The management team (Alexis, Debbie) is always responsive and friendly whenever I need assistance. The community is safe and quiet, with plenty of parking and great amenities. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything feels well taken care of. I’m really happy to call this place home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming apartment community.
Do not sign an agreement with these people. They will overcharge for the smaller repairs after you move out, and they will send it to collections, harming your credit. The day I moved in, I noticed someone has taken a hammer to the front door. Now I know why.
Horrible Girls! The end of the lease meeting was a nightmare. The women in this office are simply nasty! They treated my son very poorly the entire time he was there over the endless repairs to their apartment which were on-going. I could go on but what is the point. The Community Director needs to grow a set and his staff needs to go to charm school. If you are seeking friendly staff go elsewhere! Have lived here for two years and have nothing but great things to say about the property and management. Everyone has been extremely kind, repairs have been done promptly, it really has been very enjoyable.
