The value you get for the money you will pay is terrible. If something breaks, plan on it staying broken for a while before they actually fix anything. My smoke alarms have been randomly going off for several days now at random times, 4am, 5am, 1am, 2 am and it is loud. I put in a work order and they came out and reset the alarms.
