I want to clarify that everyone I speak to at the office is polite and very helpful with various issues. What isnt ok is being woken up to the obnoxious sounds of a tree, that fell down WEEKS AGO, being taken apart and waking up everyone without warning. Not everyone gets up at 7am because some people have to work nights and sleep during the day. Shocking, I know. I dont expect daytime people to cater to every need but what I do expect is a notice of when the lumber guys are going to come out and wake me up.
I'm a US veteran of the Navy. Staff refuses to sign my housing authority paperwork and send it back to them. So the rent isn't getting paid, nor is my URP being delivered. I'm under the HUD vash program through the veteran military housing program. I wouldn't recommend this to any US veteran seeking an apartment. And any time they have an issue they come to the door they bang their keys on the door and scream at you. I will not be renting here after this lease ends. If this is how they treat veterans. Lived here 4 yrs. Price just goes up every year and apartments just get in worse shape. Also had our groceries stolen 2x while living here. Management is difficult to deal with especially Eureka I called simply asking why i was being charged the money for cleaning and she immediately gave me attitude and then hung up on me because I asked for her to send me the emailed photos she has. Would not recommend living here.
