Moved my mom to her first apt. after downsizing from her home. Have been extremely happy with the office and maintenance staff. They are very friendly and always helpful to her. Requests are taken care of promptly. Gym and common areas are clean, grounds well maintained. It's quiet and her neighbors are respectful of each other. Great location, walking distance to everything! Would highly recommend.
Nice units, clean grounds, good neighbors, friendly staff. I like it here, but I can't give it 5 stars or recommend it often because of the terms of their leases. If you have to break your lease you have to pay TGM 2 months rent + something they call a "concession" which is about $2,000. So expect to pay $6,000+ penalty for breaking a lease! (I don't even know how that's legal.) I can understand the 2 mos rent, but sometimes bad things happen in life and you have to move, and I think it's really shoddy of TGM to charge you a... read more
The best community to live in.
The Leasing Team is responsive and the Maintenance Team is skilled and able to fix large and small concerns. We have been through a remodel as well as a bathtub replacement. Top notch job was done.
