I’ve lived here for three years, and everything was fine until recently. There’s a couple in my building who constantly complain about families, and they’ve already driven one family out. Our community quiet hours start at 10 PM, yet noise complaints are being made—and addressed—even before quiet hours. This is apartment living, and expecting complete silence in a unit with children is unrealistic. It's a good place, quiet, has good resident events, and the staff is very friendly. Very organized while I like.
I have lived here for two years and my experience has been amazing so far, the staff is great and accommodating. They go above and beyond for you. They have resident events throughout the year that are so much fun. Maintenance always fixes any issues you have very quickly, but I haven't had very many issues. The property is clean and people are friendly. I highly recommend living here!
Lived here for 3 years. Pros: Location is fantastic, walking distance to basically anything you need and 10-15min driving to downtown Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, and the Arboretum. I'm a runner and never ran out of places to run, between the neighborhoods and the forest preserve across Butterfield. The fitness center is pretty big for an apartment gym. Cons: Dogs. 3 years, 3 different downstairs neighbors with 3 different dogs that barked nonstop all day. Dog next door growled every time we opened the door to our floor.... read more
